🍞 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
🧂 1 tsp salt
🍬 1 tsp sugar
🍞 1 tsp yeast
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
💧 Warm water (as needed)
🍅 3 tbsp pizza sauce
🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
🫑 Capsicum (chopped)
🧅 Onion (sliced)
🌽 Sweet corn (optional)
🍄 Mushroom (optional)
🌶️ Chilli flakes & oregan
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
Add warm water slowly and knead into a soft dough.
Add olive oil and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour (for fluffy dough).

After the dough rises, roll it into a round pizza shape.
Make small holes with a fork (so it stays soft & crispy).
Spread a rich layer of pizza sauce evenly.
Add lots of mozzarella cheese 🧀 (for cheesy stretch).
Decorate with capsicum, onion, corn, and mushrooms
like a colorful design 🎨🍕
Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
Bake pizza for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts & turns golden.
(If no oven: Cook in a pan on low flame for 20 minutes with a lid 🔥)
Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes 🌶️
Add extra cheese on top 🧀✨
Slice in triangles for a café-style look 🍕
Serve hot with ketchup or mayo ❤️
